By engaging RAD Productions, LLC, you authorize us to provide video production and related creative services. This may include planning, filming, editing, and delivery of project assets aligned with the approved scope.
Video production is a collaborative process. RAD Productions, LLC follows defined timelines for pre-production, shoot dates, and post-production milestones. You agree to provide timely approvals, required materials, and access to locations as needed. Delays in client response or access may delay delivery timelines.
RAD Productions, LLC charges fees as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are due according to agreed payment terms. Failure to make timely payment may result in a pause of active work or delayed delivery of final assets.
Production Costs: The client is responsible for approved project-related expenses, including locations, talent, permits, rentals, and other third-party costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client retains rights to final deliverables as specified in the agreement. RAD Productions, LLC retains rights to internal workflows, tools, production methods, and pre-existing intellectual property.
RAD Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. By continuing to engage our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
